Adam Scheinberg is the Vice President of Information Technology for Massey Services, the largest family-owned pest control company in the country. Since 2003, he has overseen technology strategy for Massey Services, guiding the transition from a regional player to an enterprise organization with national presence.

A graduate of James Madison University, Adam is a certified Project Management Professional. He has been recognized as Massey Services’ Corporate Team Member of the Year, one of the Orlando Business Journal’s Forty Under 40, and one of Orlando Family Magazine’s 2020 Supermen.

He’s a strong proponent of arts education and is proud to serve as the President of The Mockingbird Foundation, an all-volunteer non-profit organization that supports music and arts education for children. Adam is also passionate about Orlando and is active in the Central Florida community. He serves as the Chair of the Orlando Repertory Theatre. His interest in furthering the technology community led him help create to serve as the inaugural Chair of the Orlando Tech Council.

Sherry magee

Senior Director, Community Relations
KPMG Lakehouse

Sherry Magee serves as the Senior Director of Community Relations for the KPMG Lakehouse, the national learning, development and innovation center located in Lake Nona. In this role, she manages all external affairs which includes community and government relations. Sherry is passionate about playing a critical role in bringing the Lakehouse to life for the more than 36,000 partners and professionals who will visit Lakehouse while finding ways to leverage this investment with in the community.

A seasoned public relations and communications professional, Sherry brings more than 20 years of experience navigating the Central Florida business landscape. Prior to her role, she worked for numerous high-profile businesses and organizations in Orlando including CNL Financial Group, United Medical Corporation, the Florida 2012 Olympic Committee and the Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association.

Sherry received her MBA from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England where she served as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar and her BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer
Orlando Magic

Esu Ma’at began his second season with the Orlando Magic, being named chief diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) officer in November 2020.

His role with the team is multi-dimensional, with a focus on integrating DE&I strategy with the Magic’s business goals, along with the team’s values and key performance indicators; attracting, engaging and retaining diverse talent; owning accountability for driving equity and belonging; and enhancing organizational culture, brand reputation and social impact.

Esu is a trans-disciplinary thought leader who has a distinguished track record of success, driving a 21st century vision for diversity, equity and inclusion. He works closely with the Magic’s executive leadership team and the entire staff, along with the team’s social justice task force, to implement a holistic and impactful DE&I strategy, bringing a powerful impact to the organization, the NBA and the Central Florida community.

Prior to joining the Magic, Esu created and led the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Eastern Diversity and Inclusion department. He serves as an advisory board member for the All-In Diversity Project, a London-based, non-profit organization focused on DEI indexing and worldwide standards. He was appointed to the Orlando Economic Partnership DEI Task Force in March and will begin serving as Class Chair for Leadership Orlando Class 101 this fall.

Esu earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a master of science degree in sports management from Columbia University. He also completed his D&I training at the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

As the President and CEO of the Orlando Economic Partnership (the Partnership), Tim is leading a multi-year pursuit to create a new model for economic and community development that challenges the status-quo and establishes a new path forward towards broad-based prosperity for all.

Tim oversees the strategic direction of the Partnership’s initiatives which include economic development, advocacy and public policy, advancing transportation solutions and branding the Orlando region as a great place to do business. The organization is home to Leadership Orlando and the Orlando Film Commission. With core values centered on being visionary, inclusive, collaborative and disciplined, the Partnership is injecting fresh resources and perspectives while harnessing the strength of Orlando’s culture of collaboration and innovation in creating a new future for the region.
